Required Action for Applied Epic Users
Lightspeed Voice & Applied Epic have introduced a required User Verification update for all integrations users to improve accuracy and account management.
All current Applied Epic integration users must be verified by December 5th, 2025.
Verification takes only a minute after the email is inserted and ensures your integration keeps working as expected. Integrations that aren’t verified at the user level by this date will stop functioning until verification is complete.
