Calls aren’t always direct. As your team works to assist each customer, a call may move between employees, departments, and ring queues along the way. With our new All Calls Report featuring the Call Journey, you now get greater visibility into how every call moves through your system, from the moment it comes in to its final destination. Whether answered, transferred, or routed through multiple steps, you can now see the full journey in one clear view.

Users can find these reports:

• “View Call Journey” button on each individual call
• Navigate to Reports > Phone Reports > All Calls
