Lightspeed Voice is now recruiting a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to drive sales activity. The RAM is responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and cultivating new customers, partners, and account relationships. In this important and exciting position, the RAM is expected to support the sales efforts of Lightspeed Voice’s products and workflow solutions.
The core of your role will be centered around phone and webinar communications with customers and prospects, while working with our internal sales and marketing teams to increase customer growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Generating net new business through prospecting, cold calling, webinars
· Achieving set quota objectives
· Presenting comprehensive product overview of the Lightspeed platform
· Fostering existing customer relationships and ongoing success.
· Continuing technology/industry understanding and product knowledge
· Liaison between technical support, onboarding, and billing teams
· Attend Industry tradeshows as required
· Follow up on leads and track in ERP/CRM
· Own the sales process for the assigned region
· Work with partner prospects to build new relationships and accelerate growth
· Industry Networking with technology partners & relative associations
Qualifications:
· Inside sales experience at SaaS, technical, or communications company
· Entrepreneurial approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally.
· Must be well organized.
· Aptitude for technology and expertise in business software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Self-Starter with the desire to go above and beyond to delight customers.
· Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
