Overview
The AgencyZoom integration connects Lightspeed Voice directly to your AgencyZoom account. Once connected, incoming calls automatically open the matching contact, call activity is logged for you, and with two-way integration enabled, calls and texts can be initiated from either platform and stay in sync.
Before You Begin
Before starting setup, make sure you have:
- An active Lightspeed Voice account with Dashboard access
- The Orbit desktop app installed
- Valid AgencyZoom login credentials
- User permissions to access integrations in AgencyZoom
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Install Orbit
Download Orbit from the Lightspeed Voice Dashboard by clicking the gear icon, install it, and sign in using your Lightspeed Voice credentials.
Step 2: Create the Integration in the Dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Integrations. Click the + icon to start a new integration.
- Enter the integration name as AgencyZoom
- Select AgencyZoom as the vendor
Step 3: Assign Users
Enable users individually, or click Select All to assign access to everyone at once.
Step 4: Authenticate AgencyZoom
Enter your AgencyZoom credentials in the integration setup and complete authentication.
Step 5: Configure Call Pop Settings
Set your Call Pop preference in the Dashboard or in Orbit. All is recommended.
Step 6: Enable Triggers
Make sure all triggers are enabled to support logging, automation, and call events.
Step 7: Enable AI Features (NOVA)
Enable smart triggers to sync call summaries and sentiment analysis to AgencyZoom contacts.
Step 8: Test Call Flow
Test both directions to confirm the integration is working:
- Inbound — confirm the matching contact opens automatically in AgencyZoom
- Outbound — confirm calls launch through Orbit and log correctly
Step 9: Verify Logging
Check that call details, recordings, summaries, and interaction history all appear correctly in AgencyZoom.
Step 10: Enable Two-Way Integration
In AgencyZoom, go to My Agency → Integrations → Text & VoIP. Select Lightspeed Voice, click Connect, and authorize the connection.
Step 11: Test Two-Way Functionality
Confirm that calls and texts can be started from either platform and that activity syncs bi-directionally between Lightspeed Voice and AgencyZoom.
Troubleshooting
Authentication issues: Verify your AgencyZoom credentials are correct.
No pop-ups: Make sure Orbit is running and Call Pop is enabled.
No sync: Confirm two-way integration has been authorized in AgencyZoom.
Number Porting Note
If you're porting an existing number, test the integration again after the port completes to confirm DID routing and user assignment are correct.
