AMS360 Integration Setup

Connect AMS360 for call pops, logging, and AI summaries

Overview

The AMS360 integration connects Lightspeed Voice directly to your AMS360 system. Once connected, incoming calls automatically open the matching contact, call activity is logged for you, and if NOVA AI is enabled, you'll get a sentiment rating and smart summary attached to every call.

Before You Begin

Before starting setup, make sure you have:

  • An active Lightspeed Voice account with Dashboard access
  • The Orbit desktop app installed
  • Valid AMS360 login credentials
  • Appropriate permissions in AMS360 to authorize an integration

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Install Orbit

Download Orbit from the Lightspeed Voice Dashboard by clicking the gear icon, install it, and sign in using your Lightspeed Voice credentials.

Step 2: Create the Integration in the Dashboard

In the Lightspeed Voice Dashboard, go to Management → Lead Settings → Integrations. Click the + icon to start a new integration.

  • Enter the integration name as AMS360
  • Select AMS360 as the vendor

Step 3: Assign Users

Enable users individually, or click Select All to assign access to everyone at once.

Step 4: Authenticate AMS360

Enter your AMS360 credentials in the integration setup and complete authentication.

Step 5: Configure Call Pop Settings

Set your Call Pop preference in the Dashboard or in Orbit. All is recommended, but you can also choose None, Inbound, or Outbound depending on your team's workflow.

Step 6: Enable Triggers

Enable all triggers to support logging, automation, and call events.

Step 7: Test Call Flow

Test both directions to confirm the integration is working:

  • Inbound — confirm the matching contact opens automatically in AMS360
  • Outbound — confirm calls launch through Orbit and log correctly

Step 8: Verify Logging

Check that call details, recordings, AI summaries (if NOVA is enabled), and interaction history all appear correctly in AMS360.

How It Works

Incoming calls trigger automatic pop-ups in AMS360 with caller information. After the call, all activity — including recordings, AI summaries, sentiment analysis, texts, and emails — is logged in one centralized location.

Troubleshooting

Authentication issues: Verify your AMS360 credentials are correct.

No pop-ups: Make sure Orbit is running and Call Pop is enabled.

No logs: Confirm triggers are enabled for the integration.

Number Porting Note

If you're porting an existing number, test the integration again after the port completes to confirm DID routing and user assignment are correct.
