Overview
The EZLynx integration connects Lightspeed Voice directly to your EZLynx account. Once connected, calls are matched to the correct contact, pop-ups appear automatically, and with NOVA enabled, call summaries and sentiment sync directly to your EZLynx contacts.
Before You Begin
Before starting setup, make sure you have:
- An active Lightspeed Voice account with Dashboard access
- The Orbit desktop app installed
- Valid EZLynx login credentials
- Marketplace access within EZLynx
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Install Orbit
Download Orbit from the Dashboard by clicking the gear icon, install it, and sign in using your Lightspeed Voice credentials.
Step 2: Create the Integration in the Dashboard
Go to Management → Lead Settings → Integrations. Click the + icon to start a new integration.
- Enter the integration name as EZLynx
- Select EZLynx as the vendor
Step 3: Assign Users
Enable users individually, or select all users and assign them at once.
Step 4: Request Access
In the My Authentication box, click Request Access and enter your EZLynx Username and Email.
Step 5: Complete Setup in EZLynx
Open your EZLynx dashboard at app.ezlynx.com, click the Marketplace icon, then Home. Search for Lightspeed Voice, click Actions → Add Integration, check I Agree, and click Save.
Step 6: Confirm Authentication
Return to the Dashboard and click Done. You'll receive a confirmation once complete, and authenticated users will show as Integrated.
Step 7: Configure Call Pop Settings
Adjust your Orbit Call Pop settings on the Integration page or in Orbit under Integrations. Choose None, Inbound (default), Outbound, or All.
Step 8: Enable Triggers
Make sure all triggers are enabled, and turn on smart triggers if you're using NOVA to sync call summaries and sentiment to EZLynx contacts.
Step 9: Test Call Flow
Test both directions to confirm the integration is working:
- Inbound — confirm EZLynx opens the caller's contact info automatically
- Outbound — confirm calls launch and log properly
Step 10: Verify Logging
Make sure call details, recordings, and related texts or emails appear correctly in the log.
How It Works
Incoming calls trigger automatic pop-ups in EZLynx with the caller's contact info. After the call, all relevant details are logged, including a link to the recording. With NOVA enabled, an auto-generated Sentiment and Smart Summary appear on the pinned window of the account overview.
Troubleshooting
Authentication pending: Confirm the integration was added and saved on the EZLynx side.
No pop-ups: Make sure Orbit is running and Call Pop is enabled.
No summaries: Confirm smart triggers are enabled and NOVA is active on your account.
Number Porting Note
If you're porting an existing number, test the integration again after the port completes to confirm DID routing and user assignment are correct.
