Overview
The HawkSoft integration links your Lightspeed Voice phone system directly to your HawkSoft Client Management System so your team never has to switch between tools to see who's calling.
What It Does
- Call Pops — automatically opens the matching client record in HawkSoft when a call comes in or goes out
- Automatic Logging — records call activity directly to the client record, including a link to the call recording
- Unified Communication History — view prior texts and emails with that contact alongside the call
- AI Insights — if NOVA is enabled, each call includes a sentiment rating and a smart summary
Setup
HawkSoft requires a one-time setup that includes enabling Data Sharing inside HawkSoft's Marketplace, then connecting the integration through Orbit. See our full HawkSoft Integration Setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
