Overview
The Lightspeed Voice Dashboard is the home screen for your team's calling platform. It brings together the tools and information you'll use most: live call stats, team activity, reporting shortcuts, and a preview of the Switchboard.
Logging In
Go to app.lightspeedvoice.com and sign in with your Lightspeed Voice credentials. The dashboard is the first screen you'll see after logging in.
Layout
Flyout Menu
On the far left, the flyout menu is your gateway to the rest of the platform, including Phonebook, Messenger, Reports, Management, and NOVA.
Phone Reports
Just right of the flyout menu, the Phone Reports section gives quick access to reporting tools like the Dashboard, CDR Report, DID Report, Queues, and Ring Groups — useful when you need call data fast.
Main Dashboard
The center of the screen shows today's quick stats: total call time, inbound and outbound call counts, and current waiting time. Below that, you'll see rankings such as longest call time, most outbound calls, and most inbound calls, helping managers spot activity and volume trends at a glance.
Switchboard Preview
On the right side, a compact view of the Switchboard shows live user status grouped by team, along with access to parking lots, so you can see who's available or on a call without leaving the dashboard.
Top Navigation Bar
Across the very top, you have quick access to add a contact, clock in or out, use the internal messenger, view notifications for texts and faxes, open NOVA Sentiment Alerts through the robot icon, and access your settings.
