Overview
The Phonebook is where you manage and access all of your contacts in the Lightspeed Voice Dashboard. It replaces what many people think of as speed dial or a personal contacts list, and can be shared across your whole team.
Viewing Contacts
Open the Phonebook from the left menu. Use the dropdown at the top to switch between viewing all shared entries or only your personal phonebook entries.
Adding a Contact
There are two quick ways to add a new contact:
- Click Add Contact in the top navigation bar from anywhere in the Dashboard
- Click the + icon in the upper right while inside the Phonebook
Importing and Exporting Contacts
Use the upload or download options in the upper right of the Phonebook to manage contacts via CSV file. This makes it easy to bring in large contact lists or export your current contacts for backup or sharing.
Using Contact Entries
Each contact can store multiple phone numbers and address information. Click any phone number to call it immediately, or click the contact itself to view their full details.
