Updated Terms of Service
We have updated our terms of service which apply to the products and services you use. Periodically, we update our Terms as our services evolve, and to address new laws and regulations. We’ve also clarified certain sections to make them easier to read and understand.
- Defined Lightspeed Services, which now includes the addition of Lightspeed Solutions; outlined third-party licenses, including third-party Service Terms for MSP products and services.
- Clarified certain contractual processes, including changes to service during term, onboarding support, various fees, and usage-based charges.
- Added language to list types of usage-based items, rates, and standard allotments.
- Clarified certain representations and warranties related to availability and/or continuation of any specific Lightspeed Services.
- Added language to inform Client’s responsibility with new SHAFT compliance requirements.
