Responsibilites:

  • Manage trade show and events schedules and processes.
  • Ensure trade show registrations, payment, shipping, hotels, travel, giveaways, etc. – are timely registered and enrolled
  • Correspond with agencies to confirm booth locations, requirements, setup, tear down, logistics, costs, etc.
  • Identify, create, and manage promotional material (Koozies, pens, rocket book, ChapSticks, etc.).
  • Secure marketing/contact lists and leads from trade shows. Assist in tracking and follow up of leads
  • Attend shows working as Lightspeed Voice representative as necessary.
  • Post-show marketing, follow-up, outreach to prospects and leads for sales (handoff leads to sales personnel)
  • Research potential ROI for shows we are evaluating – MSP, Financial, Acu, Franchise (prospectus, number of attendees, costs/benefits). Present to leadership.
  • Assist with any marketing/sales support roles as needed
  • Acting in a professional role, and presenting yourself, at all times, to the staff and customers in that capacity
  • Contributing thoughts, ideas, and actions to further the goals and vision of our company
  • Occasional travel as required
  • Content writing and copy. Blogs, email marketing, white papers, marketing material, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies and the ability to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
